Testing

CRISP FILM® modified food starch, which is derived from high amylose corn. This modified starch is designed to provide improved structure and texture to snacks. It exhibits good film-forming characteristics when used as a coating for fried foods, such as battered or breaded meats. The product is available under Ingredion Incorporated’s TRUETRACE® Identity Preserved Program for non-GM products.

TEXTAID® A

TEXTAID® appears to be a modified food starch with specific functionalities, including easily dispersible pregelatinized properties and the ability to impart a pulpy or grainy texture to food systems. Its inclusion in the TRUETRACE® Identity Preserved Program provides assurance of non-GMO status.

TEXTRA® PLUS

TEXTRA® PLUS modified starch, derived from tapioca, is a cold-water-soluble starch that exhibits excellent dispersibility and oil-like properties.
