content. Amylopectin affects the functional properties of starch. It's noted for possessing superior sheen, clarity, and smoothness when
compared to traditional pregelatinized starch dispersions. These
attributes contribute to the visual and textural qualities of the final
product. The product is available under Ingredion Incorporated’s TRUETRACE®
Identity Preserved Program, indicating that it is sourced from
non-genetically modified (non-GM) ingredients. This addresses the
preference for non-GM products.
