N-TACK® corn syrup solids is derived from waxy corn starch. N-TACK® is specifically designed as a specialty product recommended for
the adhesion of seasonings, flavorings, and particulates to snacks and
cereals. It is highlighted that N-TACK® corn syrup solids are well suited for
reduced-fat products where oil cannot be used for adhesion purposes. The product is characterized by low viscosity at high solids levels. N-TACK® corn syrup solids exhibit a high degree of tackiness, emphasizing its role in providing adhesion to various ingredients. The product is available under Ingredion Incorporated’s TRUETRACE® Identity Preserved Program for non-GM products.
